i found the food variety excellent. every day, i could always find something i liked. the restaurant staff worked fast to clear tables. the meats were cooked thoroughly! they were also very tender. i also liked the quick service.
the main pool got a little crowded at times! finding a lounger during peak hours could be a challenge.

good fooddamp roombroken bed
the food had good variety. it was also flavourful.
the room we had was damp and dark, with mold behind the wardrobe. also, my daughter sat on the bed, and she fell through it because the slats were not in place, this wasn't safe. i think the hotel needs tlc.

the restaurant staff were quick to clear used plates.
I was disappointed by the lack of variety in drinks. The bars only offered a limited selection. getting a decent cocktail, like a mojito, proved impossible. also, the wine was dreadful and came from a tap, i found that quite cheap.

the staff consistently ensured cleanliness throughout my room. two good ladies named elen and eriselda maintained the room daily to a high standard. i found the cleanliness quite excellent, and it added positively to my experience. the gym provided a supportive environment for everyone's fitness needs. banos and dora at the gym were cute. they explained what was on offer and showed a genuine interest in guests' requirements.
i observed a need for improvement concerning maintenance. several sunbeds were broken, posing a safety risk to guests. during my stay, i noticed that these issues detracted slightly from the overall experience.

the team remained consistently helpful and cheerful. their polite nature made a notable difference. they contributed positively to the atmosphere, ensuring that every need received prompt and courteous attention.
